本文研究了风叶平衡柱进铝、径向进铝、切向进铝、点浇口进铝四种浇注系统,结果表明,风叶平衡柱进铝时转子铝笼孔穴率最低。并分析了如何合理地确定填充时间、不同浇注系统的内浇口速度、最终比压及合理设计排气系统以降低转子铝笼的孔穴率。样机试验表明.转子电阻损耗可降低5~10%,电机效率提高0.4%以上,具有显著的节能效果和经济效益。
In this paper, four kinds of pouring systems were studied, including aluminum entry into impeller, radial ingress into aluminum, tangential entry into aluminum and pouring point into aluminum. The results showed that the porosity of rotor aluminum cage was the lowest when impeller balance column was put into aluminum. And how to reasonably determine the filling time, the gate speed of different gating systems, the final specific pressure and the rational design of the exhaust system to reduce the porosity of the rotor aluminum cage. The prototype test shows that the rotor resistance loss can be reduced by 5-10% and the motor efficiency by 0.4% or more, with significant energy saving and economic benefits.
