新疆中泰化学(集团)股份有限公司增资重组新疆圣雄能源股份有限公司工作的圆满完成,创造了自治区国有控股上市公司与民营企业托管经营、增资重组的经典案例。中泰集团对圣雄能源的重组,是企业强强联合、实施战略性重组的重要举措,符合国家关于混合所有制和股权多元化的最新发展思路。重组后的圣雄能源使得企业的优势资源互补、产业结构互补、市场信息互补、人才技术互补,企业经济效益和社会效益逐步显现,发挥了重组倍增效益,成为拉动当地经济快速增长的动力引擎。同时也走出了一条化工企业供给侧结构性改革的成功之路,这对新疆企业特别是新疆“偏重”产业结构的供给侧结构改革具有现实的指导意义,这是课题组选作供给侧结构性典型案例的主要理由。 The successful completion of the capital increase and reorganization of Xinjiang Shengtai Chemical (Group) Co., Ltd. by Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical (Group) Co., Ltd. has created a classic case of the state-controlled listed companies and private-owned enterprises in the autonomous region under the trusteeship management and capital increase and reorganization.
