未来一段时间内,地方政府“卖地”还得继续,房地产仍将是地方政府的“大救星”。一方面,出让土地,能使政府偿债能力大幅增强;另一方面,政府增加土地供应量,也有利于房地产市场进一步健康发展。愈演愈烈的地方债问题受到中央的高度关注,高密度的审计工作,显示了中央对地方债务的高度重视与担忧。而在地方政府陷入水深火热的时候,房地产还能在“救政府”中发挥作用吗?答案当然是肯定
