本文用放射免疫双抗体失心法测定了138名心肺肾脏病患者血浆心钠素水平，结果发现心肺肾功能衰竭时血浆心钠素水平明显高于无衰竭组及正常对照组，且与衰竭程度成正比，＞1000Pg／ml时予后不良，提示血浆心钻素水平测定可作为判断各脏器功能衰竭程度，予测病情转归的客观指标。
