近十年来,我国不少研究单位和矿山曾对苯乙烯膦酸的合成工艺及其在选矿领域中的应用进行广泛研究。现在这种药剂的合成工艺已日趋完善,它所具有的毒性小、稳定性好、浮选效果优良、制造成本低等优点也得到了人们的普遍承认。但由于该药剂工业试验产品中的杂质不但对选矿效果存在着一定的影响,而且对药剂生产工艺也存在着一定的影响。本文阐述了这些杂质的成因及其性质,提出了消除杂质、控制产品质量、同时提纯溶剂油的一种方法。一、苯乙烯膦酸中杂质对选矿的影响实验室提纯的苯乙烯膦酸是白色片状结晶,熔点154~155℃,水溶液为无色透明液体。观察工业试验产品,每批质量各不相同。纯度在85~93%之间。颜色有灰色、棕色、褐色。形状有片状、粒状或粉末状。
