提出了一种故障模拟方法——多故障信息标志的临界路径跟踪。虽然其基本概念类似于临界路径跟踪(CPT)和故障信息跟踪(FIT),但是这种方法能大大减少扇出源的分析数量,故障在FFR中的传播比CPT中更加有效。本算法已用C语言在386微机上实现,并给出了ISCAS’85的十个组合电路的实验结果。
A fault simulation method is proposed - critical path tracking of multi-fault information sign. Although its basic concept is similar to Critical Path Tracking (CPT) and Fault Information Tracking (FIT), this approach can greatly reduce the number of fan-out analyzes that can be more effectively transmitted in FFR than in CPT. The algorithm has been implemented in C language on a 386 microcomputer and gives the experimental results of the ten combination circuits of ISCAS’85.
