国家工商局和新闻出版署在1990年3月15日联合发出的工商[1990]68号《关于报社、期刊社和出版社刊登,经营广告的几项规定》中规定:经新闻出版署批准成立的出版社出版的公开或内部发行的图书为正式出版物,经工商行政管理机关批准,出版社可利用公开发行的年鉴类工具书经营各类广告……当前,在年鉴中刊登广告,已很普遍。《黑龙江年鉴》、《哈尔滨年鉴》、《齐齐哈尔年鉴》、《大庆年鉴》都刊登了广告,我们绥化市年鉴,也在这方面作了有益的尝试。现就广告入鉴问题谈几点浅见。 一、广告入鉴的作用
