目的:采用正交试验法对蛇鳞草中triphyllin A的提取工艺进行优化。方法:采用HPLC法测定蛇鳞草中triphyllin A的含量,并运用正交试验考察乙醇浓度、用量、提取时间和提取次数对蛇鳞草中triphyllin A含量的影响。结果:乙醇用量与提取次数对提取效果有显著意义(P<0.05),综合考虑各因素的影响,确定最佳提取条件为:50倍60%乙醇,提取3次,每次50 min。结论:正交提取优化后,蛇鳞草中triphyllin A的含量水平较前有提高,为蛇鳞草的进一步开发生产奠定基础。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of triphyllin A from Ophiopogon japonicus by orthogonal test. Methods: The content of triphyllin A in Ophiopogon japonicus was determined by HPLC. The effects of ethanol concentration, amount, extraction time and extraction times on the content of triphyllin A in Ophiopogon japonicus were studied by orthogonal test. Results: The amount of ethanol and the number of extraction had significant effects on the extraction (P <0.05). Considering the influence of various factors, the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: 50 times 60% ethanol and extraction for 3 times for 50 minutes. Conclusion: The content of triphyllin A in Ophiopogon japonicus increased after orthogonal extraction, which laid the foundation for the further development and production of Ophiopogon japonicus.
