人事管理工作是铁路部门工作中的重要环节,是提高铁路运营效率和运营质量的关键。必须加强铁路基层人事管理的创新性,降低铁路运营的成本,才能促进铁路企业健康地发展。随着社会的不断发展和进步,铁路已经成为国民经济大潮中的不可或缺的组成部分。面对铁路高速发展所带来的机遇好挑战,铁路部门更需要人力资源的充裕。那么作为青藏铁路的组成部分,一个火车站也要进行相应的人事管理,才能更好地适应铁路运输发展的需要。
Personnel management is an important part of the work of the railway department and is the key to improving the operational efficiency and quality of railway operations. The innovation of personnel management at the grassroots level must be strengthened and the cost of railway operation should be reduced so as to promote the healthy development of railway enterprises. With the continuous development and progress of the society, the railway has become an indispensable part of the national economic tide. Faced with the challenges posed by the rapid development of the railway industry, the railway sector still needs sufficient human resources. Then as an integral part of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, a railway station also need to carry out the corresponding personnel management in order to better adapt to the needs of the development of railway transport.
