高层建筑的垂直运输机械多采用塔式起重机。施工中有些大规格材料,如模板、支撑等无法从电梯或井架运出(进)楼层时,往往需搭设专用塔吊上料平台,用塔吊将材料吊至上料平台中,再转运至楼层。反之,模板、支撑等周转材料也可由楼层运至平台上,用塔吊运至施工层,但上料平台容易发生倾覆,造成恶性事故。因此,上料平台的安全可靠性必须十分重视。
High-rise buildings use vertical tower cranes for their vertical transport machinery. When some large-sized materials in construction, such as formworks and supports, cannot be transported from the elevators or derricks (into) floors, a dedicated crane-loading platform is often required. The cranes are used to hoist the materials to the loading platform and then to the floors. Conversely, the turnover materials such as formwork and supports can also be transported from the floor to the platform and transported to the construction layer by tower cranes. However, the loading platform is prone to overturning, causing serious accidents. Therefore, the safety and reliability of the loading platform must be taken seriously.
