RCBAS(RE-Ca-Ba-Al-Sb)是一种可与稀土-镁媲美的新型无镁稀土复合球化剂。本文论述其对不同含硫量铁水的球化能力;探讨其致过冷倾向及其主要组成元素的作用;分析RCBAS球铁的凝固特性、组织特征和性能特点;并对RCBAS、REMg、RESi三种球化剂及其球铁进行了比较。RCBAS具有很强的球化能力,克服了一般稀土球化剂过冷倾向大等缺点。文中提出了“异类匹配”复合模式,结果表明该模式是提高稀土球化能力、研究新型稀土球化剂的有效途径。
RCBAS (RE-Ca-Ba-Al-Sb) is a new type of magnesium-free rare earth composite nodulizer which is comparable to rare earth-magnesium. In this paper, the spheroidization ability of molten iron with different sulfur content is discussed. The effect of overcooling tendency and its main components are also discussed. The solidification, microstructure and properties of RCBAS ductile iron are analyzed. And the properties of RCBAS, REMg, The nodulizer and its ductile iron were compared. RCBAS has a strong ability to nodular, to overcome the general tendency of rare earth nodulizer overcooling shortcomings. The paper presents a “heterogeneous matching” composite model, the results show that the model is to improve the ability of rare earth spheroidization, an effective way to study a new rare earth nodulizer.
