[目的 ]探讨糖代谢异常和胰岛素抵抗在克罗米酚治疗多囊卵巢综合征促排卵失败中的作用 .[方法 ]用克罗米酚促排卵方法治疗 5 7例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者 .采用氧化酶法进行糖耐量试验 ,采用放射免疫法进行胰岛素释放试验及基础激素的测定 ,分析了多囊卵巢综合征糖代谢异常和胰岛素分泌在促排卵失败中的意义 .[结果 ]5 7例多囊卵巢综合征患者中促排卵失败 2 1例 ,占 36 % ,促排卵失败的相关因素有体重指数、胰岛素抵抗、糖耐量试验后 6 0min ,12 0min的血糖及胰岛素值 ,但糖耐量试验后 12 0min血糖与 12 0min空腹胰岛素比值是多囊卵巢综合征患者促排卵失败的重要危险因素 .[结论 ]糖负荷后的血糖及胰岛素水平是预测克罗米酚治疗多囊卵巢综合征促排卵失败的重要指标 .
