近日,中国质量协会用户委员会、车人网、清华汽车工程研究院联合发布《中国汽车产品与服务质量投诉分析报告》(CAAS)。报告显示,发动机、车身附件及变速箱故障仍是投诉重点。另外,销售欺诈、服务收费问题投诉上升明显,不诚信行为屡见不鲜。值得注意的是,用户诉求变化巨大,召回、赔偿等要求快速上涨。
Recently, China Quality Association User Commission, Car Network, Tsinghua Automotive Engineering Research Institute jointly issued the “China Automotive Products and Services Quality Report Analysis Report” (CAAS). The report shows that the engine, body parts and transmission failure is still the focus of complaints. In addition, sales fraud, service charges rose significantly complaints, dishonest behavior is not uncommon.
