浅海石油平台多为钢制导管架结构,阻尼较小,设备的振动和噪声更加容易传递,振动不仅会使人感到不适、影响工作效率,而且会导致平台结构设备疲劳破坏。《海上固定平台安全规则》对平台各区域的噪声声压级提出强制性要求。特别是在越来越强调以人为本的社会大环境下,减振降噪问题日益受到重视,胜利油田海洋采油厂中心二号平台结合自身实际,开展天然气压缩机的噪声治理分析。
