我厂是一个具有30多年生产历史的老厂,全厂现有职工2079人,是生产混凝土铁路桥梁和轨枕的中型企业。由于历史原因,工艺布置不合理,生产环境拥挤。加上设备陈旧,立体交叉作业多,安全管理不善,致使我厂在1985年前,负伤率为10.42~129‰。1986年以来,我厂开始应用安全系统工程,逐步向科学管理发展,收到了一定成效,杜绝了重大事故,负伤率逐年下降,1988年达历史最低点(3.89‰),受到了铁道部的嘉奖。我们开始学习、应用安全系统工程是从培训教
Our factory is an old factory with more than 30 years of production history. The whole factory has 2079 employees and is a medium-sized enterprise that produces concrete railway bridges and sleepers. Due to historical reasons, the process layout is irrational and the production environment is crowded. Coupled with outdated equipment, three-dimensional cross-operation and more, poor safety management, resulting in my factory before 1985, wounded rate of 10.42 ~ 129 ‰.
