复合阻尼钢板由两块钢板中间夹有很薄的粘弹性材料芯层所组成,其强度由组成中的钢铁材料保证,阻尼性能由该组成中的粘弹性材料及其约束阻尼结构共同保证。该钢板能起到抑止共振峰值、降低轻型构件的表面振动或二次激发噪声、以及改善隔声、隔振等效果。经过柴油机、磨玉机、X—Y 绘图仪、通风输料管道等实物应用,已取得了多项经技术鉴定的应用科研成果,其中一项还获得了1985年全国环境保护科技成果证书。复合阻尼钢板由上海钢铁研究所试制成功,1986年7月由冶金工业部组织鉴定。29个单位48名代表出席了会议。会议认为,该材料
