采用X射线衍射、X射线能谱,Mossbauer谱,对比地分析了6063合金和加入微量混合稀土的R.E6063合金的金相相组成。结果表明:6063和R.E6063合金都有α(Al),Mg_2Si,FeAl_3,(AlFeSi),Si等相。当混合稀土加入6063合金以后,可生成Ce_5Si_3,(AlCe),(AlFeSiRE)等化合物。6063合金的含铁相以FeAl_6(可进一步分解为FeAl_3)为主,而R.E6063合金的含铁相则以α-AlFeSi(Fe_2SiAl_8)为主。微量稀土对6063合金相组成物成分和结构的影响,是提高该合金耐蚀性能、对光的反射率的重要原因,
The phase composition of 6063 alloy and R.E6063 alloy with trace mixed rare earth was analyzed comparatively by X-ray diffraction, X-ray energy spectrum and Mossbauer spectrum. The results show that both 6063 and R.E6063 alloys have α (Al), Mg_2Si, FeAl_3, (AlFeSi) and Si phases. When the mixed rare earth alloy 6063 added, can generate Ce_5Si_3, (AlCe), (AlFeSiRE) and other compounds. The ferrous phase of 6063 alloy is dominated by FeAl_6 (which can be further decomposed into FeAl_3), while the ferrite phase of R.E6063 alloy is dominated by α-AlFeSi (Fe_2SiAl_8). The effect of trace rare earth on the composition and structure of 6063 alloy phase composition is an important reason for improving the corrosion resistance of the alloy and the reflectivity of light,
