目的评估超声冠状动脉血流成像技术(CFI)诊断冠状动脉慢血流现象(CSFP)的可行性。方法对拟诊冠心病于我院行冠状动脉造影检查,明确冠状动脉无明显狭窄且冠状动脉慢血流的患者38例,冠状动脉无慢血流的患者41例。应用校正的TIMI血流计数(CTFC)及CFI分别测量冠状动脉血流参数,对二者的相关性及CFI诊断CSFP的可行性进行分析。结果 CSFP组及对照组冠状动脉左前降支超声血流参数(PDV、MDV、PDP、MDP)分别与冠状动脉造影CTFC呈负相关。对照组VT与冠状动脉造影CTFC亦呈负相关。ROC曲线分析冠状动脉左前降支超声血流参数曲线下面积均>0.7。结论 CFI能够有效、无创的反映CSFP患者冠状动脉血流的变化,对CSFP诊断有一定价值。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of using coronary perfusion imaging (CFI) to diagnose coronary artery slow flow phenomenon (CSFP). Methods 38 patients diagnosed coronary heart disease in our hospital coronary angiography, clear coronary stenosis and coronary artery slow flow of 38 patients, coronary artery without slow blood flow in 41 patients. Coronary flow parameters were measured with corrected TIMI flow CT and CFI respectively, and the correlation between them and the feasibility of CFI in diagnosing CSFP were analyzed. Results The coronary flow parameters (PDV, MDV, PDP, MDP) of left anterior descending coronary artery in CSFP group and control group were negatively correlated with coronary CT angiography. The control group VT and coronary angiography CTFC also showed a negative correlation. ROC curve analysis of coronary artery left anterior descending artery ultrasound blood flow parameters under the curve area were> 0.7. Conclusion CFI can effectively and noninvasively reflect the change of coronary blood flow in patients with CSFP, which is of value in the diagnosis of CSFP.
