第十届全国人民代表大会第二次会议通过了《中华人民共和国宪法修正案》,使我国宪法更加完善,更加符合国情、更加反映时代精神,更加适应全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的要求,必将更好地发挥国家根本法的作用。 学习和贯彻实施宪法,是当前各级领导需要抓好的一项重要工作。要在全面学习宪法的基础上,重点引导广大干部群众深刻理解中央确定的这次修改宪 The Second Session of the Tenth National People’s Congress adopted the “Amendment to the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China” to make our country’s constitution more complete, more in line with national conditions, more reflective of the spirit of the times, and more adaptable to building a well-to-do society in an all-round way and creating the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The requirements of the new situation will surely give better play to the role of the country’s fundamental law. Learning and implementing the constitution is an important task that leaders at all levels need to grasp. In order to comprehensively study the Constitution, we must focus on guiding the cadres and the masses to profoundly understand the revision of the Constitution as determined by the Central Government.
