上海版牛津教材6B有一主题为Dragon Boat Festival的单元,在教学过程中使我想到如何在初中英语教学中挖掘国际理解教育元素的问题。随着世界各国的频繁交流,相互之间的文化渗透与交融逐渐加强,学校教育在对学生进行世界知识教育同时,也要培养学生容纳、借鉴和吸取异质文化、信仰、意识的精神。英语学习是进行国际理解教育的重要平台。我们学校为浦东新区地方教材《国际理解》教育试点学校,作为学习外语的学科其渗透国际理解教育思想尤为突出。语言离不开文化,学习外语,离不开外国的文化,对外国文化的学习渗透是语言学习的一个特点。
The Oxford Oxford Textbook 6B, a unit of the Dragon Boat Festival, reminds me of how to mine the elements of international understanding in English teaching in junior high school. With the frequent exchanges among all the countries in the world, the cultural infiltration and blending with each other have been gradually strengthened. While educating students about the world’s knowledge, school education should also cultivate students’ ability to accommodate, learn from and learn from the spirit of heterogeneous culture, belief and awareness. English learning is an important platform for international understanding education. Our school is a pilot school for international comprehension education in Pudong New Area. As a foreign language learning subject, its concept of infiltrating international understanding education is particularly prominent. Language can not be separated from culture, learning foreign languages, can not be separated from foreign cultures, learning to infiltrate foreign cultures is a feature of language learning.
