集成电路(IC)内部损坏一般均发生在内部 PN 结上。PN 结损坏一般有两种:被击(断、开路)或被击穿(短路)。根据本人日常修理经验,如果损坏的那一组 PN结被击断,在电气上已经与内电路脱离,只要在相应的引出脚上焊接适当的代用元件就能解决。如果 PN 结被击穿(短路),与内电路不能脱离,可以采用“放电法”将损坏的那个 PN 结击断,使其与内电路脱离,然后在外部引出脚上焊接适当的代用元件。
