针对30CrMnSiNi2A材料表面多弧离子镀氮化钛薄膜后,材料力学性能出现波动的问题,研究了镀膜温度对材料力学性能的影响规律,优化了镀膜温度控制范围。结果表明,控制镀膜θ为200℃可保证制备得到的氮化钛薄膜的纵向冲击力不低于47 J,当镀膜θ高于260℃后,温度进入二次回火区间,材料脆性会上升。
After the multi-arc ion plating of TiN film on the surface of 30CrMnSiNi2A material, the mechanical properties of the material fluctuated. The influence of the coating temperature on the mechanical properties of the material was studied and the control range of the coating temperature was optimized. The results show that controlling the coating θ at 200 ℃ can ensure that the longitudinal impact force of the prepared TiN film is not less than 47 J. When θ is higher than 260 ℃, the temperature will enter the secondary tempering zone and the brittleness will increase.
