行政法治是现有大多数《公共行政学》教材都安排的内容,但在内容选择与编排上五花八门,难以给学生提供稳定的知识。本文梳理和分析了现有教材在编排上的特点和不足,并就编排问题提出了一些具体设想。
Administrative rule of law is the content of most existing “Public Administration” textbooks. However, it is difficult to provide students with stable knowledge in the selection and arrangement of contents. This paper combs and analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of the existing teaching materials in the orchestration, and puts forward some concrete ideas about the arranging problems.
