凶险性前置胎盘是指妊娠晚期发生的一种出血性疾病,在产科临床中比较常见。此病出血发生率高,出血凶险,一旦处理不当,会严重威胁到孕妇及胎儿的生命安全,在临床治疗上存在很大的难度。随着近些年有关凶险性前置胎盘的临床逐年攀升,从而给临床治疗带来了充足的依据,笔者根据相关文献报道作了如下分析与总结,以期为相关研究提供一定的参考。 Malignant placenta previa is a bleeding disorder that occurs late in pregnancy and is more common in obstetric settings.
