本文主要报道了以无水NbCl5为原料,在控制一定的制备条件下,经氨法合成了若干铌醇盐,并对其进行了各种鉴别和测试.研究了产物的水解及热处理过程,无定形产物至晶型Nb2O5的转化温度为573℃,并制得粒径约0.5μm,分布尚均匀的超细颗粒.溶胶涂覆于光纤成膜,可增加光纤强度.
In this paper, we report the synthesis of several niobium alkoxides by anhydrous ammoniacal method using anhydrous NbCl5 as the raw material, under the control of certain preparation conditions, and conduct various identification and testing. The hydrolysis and heat treatment of the product were studied. The transition temperature from amorphous product to the crystalline form of Nb2O5 was 573 ℃, and the ultrafine particles with a uniform size of about 0.5μm were obtained. Sol coated in optical fiber film, can increase the optical fiber strength.
