陕西医学高等专科学校从 1988年开始探索农村医生的培养模式。课程的安排是基础课教学一年中分为入门阶段和以临床问题为中心深化学习阶段 ,还在临床课和实习阶段也施行了一些改革措施。经基础课程考试 ,教改班与实验班多次比较 ,并对首届毕业生毕业后 2年及 4年工作情况进行追踪调查 ,证明教改班学生各方面能力优于对照班学生
Shaanxi Medical College began exploring rural doctors’ training mode in 1988. The arrangement of the course is that the basic course teaching is divided into the entry stage in one year and the clinical problem as the center to deepen the learning stage. There are also some reform measures in the clinical course and the practice period. After the basic course exams, the teaching reform class and the experimental class were compared several times, and follow-up surveys were conducted on the two-year and four-year working conditions after the first graduates graduated, demonstrating that the teaching reform students’ ability in all aspects is better than that of the control class students.
