针对提升机钢丝绳振动位移的检测方法进行了探究,考虑其结构及工作状态的特殊性和复杂性,提出了基于CCD(Charged Coupled Device)图像传感器的非接触检测方案。通过USB2.0通信方式采集数据,并传输到上位机,利用MATLAB软件进行FFT(Fast Fourier Transformation)变换,得到其时域、频域特性,实现了提升机钢丝绳振动位移量的检测。经现场验证,该方法有效、可靠,解决了钢丝绳位移检测困难的现状,对后续激励源的探究有重要意义。
Considering the particularity and complexity of its structure and working status, a non-contact detection scheme based on Charged Coupled Device (CCD) image sensor was proposed. Through USB2.0 communication, the data is collected and transmitted to the host computer. The FFT (Fast Fourier Transformation) is used to transform FFT, and the time-domain and frequency-domain characteristics are obtained. The vibration displacement of the hoist rope is detected. The field verification shows that the method is effective and reliable, and solves the current situation of wire rope displacement detection difficulties, which is of great significance to the exploration of subsequent excitation sources.
