从挤出过程中压力信号的特点出发,提出了对测试系统采样频率的要求。依据高温熔体压力传感器的原理,给出了在测试系统的设计过程中,如何处理温度零点漂移的方法及计算实际压力的公式。简要介绍了一套测试系统的硬件组成及软件的核心部分——采集子程序框图。最后,从使用者的角度和挤出试验的特点出发,给出了一套测试系统所应该具备的功能。
Based on the characteristics of the pressure signal during the extrusion process, the sampling frequency of the test system is proposed. According to the principle of high temperature melt pressure sensor, the method of how to deal with temperature zero drift and the formula to calculate the actual pressure are given in the design of test system. Briefly introduces the hardware components of a test system and the core part of the software - acquisition subroutine block diagram. Finally, starting from the user’s point of view and the characteristics of the extrusion test, given a test system should have the function.
