基于火焰光度法原理工作的砷烷/磷烷监测报警仪可对半导体及电子工业生产中使用的砷烷/磷烷进行TLV级的监测报警,对砷烷的最小检测浓度为0.004×10~(-6),对磷烷的最小检测浓度为0.003×10~(-6),响应时间不大于30s。该仪器不仅检测灵敏度高,响应速度快,抗干扰能力强,而且性能稳定,可连续自动监测,操作简便,能满足现场监测要求。
The arsine / phosphine monitoring alarm based on the principle of flame photometry can be used to monitor TLV level of arson / paraffins used in the semiconductor and electronics industries. The minimum detectable concentration of arsine is 0.004 × 10 ~ (-1) -6), the minimum detectable concentration of phosphine is 0.003 × 10 -6, and the response time is not more than 30s. The instrument not only detects high sensitivity, fast response, anti-interference ability, and stable performance, continuous automatic monitoring, easy to operate, to meet on-site monitoring requirements.
