用反相高效液相色谱法测定了川芎单煎剂,川芎、丹参合煎剂,川芎、当归合煎剂及改味四物场中阿魏酸的含量。结果表明,各组汤剂中阿魏酸的含量有显著差异(P<0.001),配伍熟地对阿魏酸的溶出具有助溶作用。
The contents of ferulic acid in the Chuanxiong single decoction, Chuanxiong, Danshen decoction, Chuanxiong, Angelica mixture decoction and the modified taste field were determined by RP-HPLC. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the content of ferulic acid in the decoctions of each group (P<0.001). The compatibility of the decoction with the compatibility of ferulic acid has dissolution and dissolution.
