为了深入研究液冷流道截面结构对发射机柜功放组件的散热性能的影响,借助工程热仿真平台建立可靠切实的功放组件数值模型,从流道截面面积和高宽比两个维度详细分析组件内部功率管法兰温度的特征变化曲线,优化得到了合理的流道截面结构设计参数,为今后类同组件的流道热设计提供了有效的工程参考。
In order to deeply study the influence of liquid-cooled flow channel cross-section structure on the heat dissipation performance of the power amplifier module in the launch cabinet, a reliable and practical numerical model of the power amplifier module is established by means of the engineering thermal simulation platform. The components’ internal dimensions are analyzed in detail from the cross-sectional area and aspect ratio Power tube flange temperature characteristics of the curve, the optimization of the flow channel cross-section structure design parameters for future similar components of the flow channel thermal design provides an effective engineering reference.
