中药调剂,就是中药经过配制之适合临床需要的一种方法。我国自伊尹制汤液以来,中药调剂历史至少有三千年之久,其中剂型有汤剂、丸、散、丹、膏、药露、酒剂、锭剂、条剂……等数十种;方剂数量上,至《普济方》达六万多首。历代医药学家创造这些众多的药剂在方药配制上积累了丰富的经验且具有鲜明的制方特点,在围绕临床需要的基础上,从治疗效果出发,考虑到剂型,给药方法在配方中既发挥其疗效,又不使其发生偏颇,以达到取其长、补其短、用其利、避其害等目的。笔者仅就个人管见,谈以下几个方面:
