目的探讨超声弹性成像评分法联合面积比值法对乳腺癌的鉴别诊断价值。方法选择本院收治的89例(92个病灶)乳腺疾病患者为研究对象,分别以超声弹性成像评分法、面积比值法、联合评价法对患者乳腺肿块的良恶性进行鉴别诊断。结果良性病变患者的面积比值为1.07±0.21,明显低于恶性病变的1.92±0.29,差异有统计学意义(t=17.89,P<0.05)。超声弹性成像评分法的诊断准确性、敏感度、特异度分别为86.96%、80.00%、92.31%;面积比值法的诊断准确性、敏感度、特异度分别为84.78%、77.50%、90.38%;联合评价的诊断准确性、敏感度、特异度分别为96.74%、97.50%、96.15%,明显优于单一诊断疗法的诊断评价效果。结论超声弹性成像评分法联合面积比值法对乳腺癌进行诊断,敏感度和准确性明显优于单一诊断疗法的诊断评价效果,对乳腺病变良恶性的鉴别有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the differential diagnosis value of ultrasound elastography scoring method and area ratio method in breast cancer. Methods Eighty-nine patients (92 lesions) with breast diseases admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study. The patients were diagnosed as benign and malignant breast tumors by ultrasound elastography scoring method, area ratio method and combined evaluation. Results The area ratio of patients with benign lesions was 1.07 ± 0.21, which was significantly lower than that of malignant lesions (1.92 ± 0.29), the difference was statistically significant (t = 17.89, P <0.05). The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of CEUS were 86.96%, 80.00% and 92.31% respectively. The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of area ratio method were 84.78%, 77.50% and 90.38% respectively. The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of the combined evaluation were 96.74%, 97.50% and 96.15% respectively, which was significantly better than the diagnostic evaluation of single diagnosis. Conclusion Ultrasound elastography scoring method combined with the area ratio method for the diagnosis of breast cancer, the sensitivity and accuracy is better than the single diagnosis of diagnostic evaluation, the identification of benign and malignant breast disease has important clinical significance.
