2014年12月8日讯:我国已建立基于靶标发现和分子识别的农林有害生物高通量分子检测技术体系,和基于基因调控的农林有害生物无公害调控技术体系。这是由南京农业大学牵头实施的863计划主题项目“农林有害生物调控与分子检测技术研究”取得的重要进展。研究人员针对十几种重要农林有害生物和进出境检疫性有害生物,筛选并设计出特异性强、信赖度高的分子检测靶标,研究并形成了环介导等温扩增等检测新技术,建立了重要农林有害生物的高灵敏度、高准确率和高通量检测技术体系,
