现已发现长期保存于感染棉鼠体中的普氏立克次体生物学特性可能发生改变,且证实保存的立克次体就其生物学特性而言各不相同。本文研究目的,企图对保存于感染棉鼠中的普氏立克次体在各个不同阶段的生物学特性的改变进行研究。试验时将标准普氏立克次体Breinl株的鸡胚培养物感染棉鼠,间隔一定时间,取棉鼠脏器(脑、肾、脾、肝及肺等)做成1:5悬液分离立克次体,并检查其生物学特性。脏器悬液立即接种于棉鼠及豚鼠体中,经预试证明保存于棉鼠体中的立克次体的效价可超过10~(0.25)—10~1ID/ml。实验动物预先均测定补体结合抗体及抗溶血素效价。实验证明在8只棉鼠中分出的15株立克次体,其中7株生物学特性发生改变,如190号棉鼠具有较高的抗原性(第15天补体结合抗体效价为1:2560,抗溶血素效价为1:2560)及传代能力。而194.199号棉鼠抗原性明显下降(第15天补体结合抗体分别为
It has been found that the biological characteristics of Platercirnus przewalskii chronically preserved in infected cotton rats may have changed and that the deposited rickettsia has been shown to vary in its biological characteristics. The aim of this study was to study the changes in the biological characteristics of Rickettsia przewalskii stored in infected cotton rats at various stages. In the experiment, the cotton embryos of the standard Breckenbreeding Breinl strain were inoculated into cotton embryos at intervals of a certain period of time. A 1: 5 suspension was taken from the organs of the rats (brain, kidney, spleen, liver and lung) Rickettsia, and check its biological characteristics.
