北京汽车工业集团总公司职工技协依托系统内大、中型企业,于1984年成立。现在,全系统共有职工技协组织23个。其中有11个单位职工技协经过工商登记,建立了技术交流站和经济实体,并开展了有偿技术服务。 自1986年我系统一些企业职工技协开展有偿技术服务以来,职工技协步入了新的发展时期。从此,较好地改观了我系统职工技协以往那种软弱无力、名存实无的状况。职工技协在为企业、为职工、为国家和社会所做的贡献日益增多。 坚持宗旨 继承传统 发展技协 我系统职工技协,以企业内劳动模范、先进人物和有一定技术业务专长的工人、科技人员、管理人员为主体,组成自己的会员队伍;继承发扬职工技协“自力更生、创新奉献”的光荣传统,积极开展无偿和有偿技术服务。 职工技协开展有偿服务活动,是工运事业在市场经济发展形势下的必然产物。尽管如此,职工技协为提高企业职工技术素质、推动企业技术进步、促进科
