随着城市化进程的深入,住房消费将成为影响居民消费的一个重要变量。当一个国家或一个城市的住房成为居民重要财产性收入的时候,就意味着住房租赁消费将可能影响居民的收入结构和消费结构,从而对国民经济核算以及内需政策的制订产生重大的影响。经济学理论告诉我们,家庭的消费决策一般是跨期进行的。家庭购入住房需要利用前期收入或预支未来收入,家庭对住房的消费则发生在以后各期,因此住房消费最能体现家庭消费决策的跨期
With the deepening of urbanization, housing consumption will become an important variable affecting the consumption of residents. When the housing of a country or a city becomes the important property income of residents, it means that the consumption of housing rent will probably affect the residents’ income structure and consumption structure, which will have a significant impact on the formulation of national economy accounting and domestic demand policies. Economic theory tells us that family consumption decisions are generally made on an interim basis.
