Through the observation and measurement of the wear volume and wear surface morphology of individual diamond segments, the diamond wear patterns under different coolants and processing conditions were analyzed. The results show that the diamond wear patterns can be divided into good and micro-fractures, and end fractures. , Grinding, partial exfoliation, shedding pits, and cutting edges. The composition of the saw segment and the type of workpiece material determine the wear patterns of the diamond and the effects of the cooling fluid.
