本文阐明了公共交通线路静态调度的本质为合理的行车方式组合,提出了组合方式的计算方法、评价分析和决策,并进行了实例计算。计算结果表明线路调度可以提高效率、节省成本和节约时间,是一个不可忽视的研究课题。线路调度在公交网络的系统设计中是一个子系统或子阶段。在网络己定的前题下,随着交通流、道路系统或运载工具诸因素之一的变化而必须随时进行计算和调整,这是使公交系统成为自适应系统的重要一环。因此线路静态调度模型还应是公交管理信息系统的主要功能之一。
This paper illustrates that the nature of static dispatching of public transport lines is a reasonable combination of driving modes, and proposes a combination of calculation methods, evaluation and decision-making, and example calculation. The calculation results show that line scheduling can improve efficiency, save costs and save time, which is a research subject that can not be ignored. Line scheduling is a subsystem or sub-phase in the system design of a bus network. As the network has set in motion, the need to make calculations and adjustments at any time as a result of changes in traffic flow, road systems or vehicles becomes an important part of making the bus system an adaptive system. Therefore, the line static scheduling model should also be one of the main functions of the bus management information system.
