文章从“地标热”的社会现象入手,试图揭示城市中心区大型公共建筑的标志性与建筑外观质量、空间区位之间的关系。研究以南京中心区为例,综合运用问卷调查、AHP层次分析法和空间网络分析技术(UNA),对56处建筑的可识别性、外观质量和空间区位进行量化表征,并运用多元回归分析,揭示了三者之间的关系。结果表明,建筑的标志性受到其外观和所处的空间位置的综合影响,做好标志性建筑应当同时树立正确的建筑设计观和城市观。
The article starts from the social phenomenon of “hot landmarks” and attempts to reveal the relationship between the landmark of large public buildings and the appearance quality and spatial location of the city center. Taking Nanjing Central District as an example, this study quantitatively characterizes the identifiability, appearance quality and spatial location of 56 buildings by comprehensively using questionnaires, AHP AHP and UNA (Spatial Network Analysis) technology. By using multiple regression analysis, Revealed the relationship between the three. The results show that the landmark of the building is affected by the combination of its appearance and the location of the space. To do a good job of building the landmark should establish a correct architectural design and urban outlook.
