一近些年来,期刊上刊登广告的越来越多了,而报刊上刊登的期刊广告却越来越少了。期刊是不是应该刊登广告宣传自己呢? 期刊是面向社会、面向公众的传播手段。因此,自然也可以并需要向社会、向公众宣传自已。当然,期刊与一般商品不同,首先是一种文化现象,要以社会效益为第一。但是,期刊又必须通过市场交换而走入社会,到达公众手中,而且,需要努力扩大其销售量。所以,期刊广告宣传不是要不要的问题,而是如何进行的问题。对期刊编辑来说,首先要认清期刊广告宣传的内容,其次要讲究期刊宣传的方式。
