为了解燃煤污染型氟中毒人群外周血中DNA甲基化转移酶1(DNMT1)m RNA转录及蛋白表达情况,探讨其在氟中毒致病机制中的作用,研究人员在调查对象知情同意原则下,采集尿液样本,氟离子电极法测定尿氟含量并依据尿氟含量将调查对象(380例)分为正常尿氟组(140例)、低氟暴露组(93例)、中氟暴露组(82例)、高氟暴露组(65例);采用实时荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)检测外周血中DNMT1 m RNA转录;采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)
To understand the transcription and protein expression of DNA methyltransferase 1 (DNMT1) m RNA in peripheral blood of people with coal-fluoridic fluorosis and to explore the role of DNA methylation in the pathogenesis of fluorosis, the investigators found that in subjects with informed consent (380 cases) were divided into the normal urine fluoride group (140 cases), the low fluoride exposure group (93 cases), the medium fluoride exposure (N = 82) and high fluoride exposure group (n = 65).
