目的 :应用离体兔心Langendorff灌注模型 ,比较吲哒帕胺和维拉帕米对心肌再灌注损伤的保护作用 ,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法 :2 1只雄性家兔随机分为对照组、维拉帕米组和吲哒帕胺组 ;全心缺血 40min后再灌注 ,分别取再灌注 15、30、6 0和 36 0min左室壁心肌标本 ,做超微结构和肌动蛋白 (actin)免疫组化观察。结果 :对照组超微结构和actin改变明显 ,而维拉帕米组和吲哒帕胺组改变轻微。结论 :吲哒帕胺对心肌再灌注损伤的保护作用比维拉帕米好
OBJECTIVE: To study the protective effect of indapamide and verapamil on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits by using Langendorff perfusion model in vitro, and provide experimental evidence for clinical application. Methods: A total of 21 male rabbits were randomly divided into control group, verapamil group and indapamide group. After reperfusion for 40 minutes, the rabbits were reperfused for 15, 30, 60 and 36 minutes Wall myocardial specimens, ultrastructure and actin immunohistochemistry. Results: The changes of ultrastructure and actin in the control group were obvious, while those in verapamil and indapamide groups changed slightly. CONCLUSION: Indapamide has a better protective effect on myocardial reperfusion injury than verapamil
