在测绘仪器中,瑞士威特厂最先采用半运动式轴系(图1),后来不少厂相继采用。东德蔡司厂在七○年以后也终于放弃了使用多年的标准柱形轴,代之以半运动式轴系。它主要特点是:置平精度高,对温度的敏感性小,在高寒地区仍能转动灵活。近年来,我厂在研制高精度半运动式轴系中对若干工艺问题作了一些探讨。我们通过对威特JT_1~T_4各型经纬仪的半运动式轴系的分析,发现它的工艺过程已臻标准化,轴是精磨而成,光洁度(?)_(12)。轴套的内孔和锥孔也是精磨而成。用圆度仪测量结果,圆柱孔不圆度在0.2μ以内,锥孔在0.7μ以内。这说明它的磨床头架运动精度很高,国产磨床
In the surveying and mapping equipment, Switzerland Witt factory first semi-sport shaft system (Figure 1), and later many factories have adopted. East Zeiss plant in 70 years later finally abandoned the use of standard cylindrical shaft for many years, replaced by semi-sport shaft. Its main features are: flat high precision, low sensitivity to temperature, still can rotate flexible in the alpine region. In recent years, I plant in the development of high-precision semi-kinematic shaft in a number of technical issues made some discussion. Through the analysis of the semi-kinematic shafting of Weite JT_1 ~ T_4 various types of theodolites, we found that the process has been standardized and the shaft is refined and finished (±) _ (12).
