为提供进行FMS系统在线及离线分析所需的各种信息,本文给出了“最小状态信息”集合的定义。在此基础上,采用面向对象的设计方法和C ̄++语言研制开发了具有实时在线仿真能力的FMS仿真语言SLFMS,为在线开展FMS调度优化问题的研究提供了良好的仿真支持环境。最后,本文提出并建立了FMS实时在线调度优化系统,为解决FMS的实时在线调度优化问题提供了一条有效途径。
In order to provide a variety of information needed for online and offline analysis of FMS systems, this paper gives the definition of a “minimum state information” set. On this basis, the FMS simulation language SLFMS with real-time on-line simulation capability is developed by using object-oriented design method and C ++ language, which provides a good simulation support environment for the research on online FMS scheduling optimization problem. Finally, this paper proposes and establishes the FMS real-time on-line scheduling optimization system, which provides an effective way to solve the real-time online scheduling optimization problem of FMS.
