组织学习,即组织在经验的基础上维持或改进其业绩的能力或过程。 1.组织是在经营的过程中进行学习的 与商品的生产和服务的提供一样,学习也是一项工作任务。这样说并非意味着,为了学习,组织应该牺牲生产的速度和质量,而是指应该把生产系统看成学习系统。把学习看成是企业运作的一项职能。 2.任何组织的价值链都是一个综合学习的领域 把价值链作为一个综合的学习系统,也就是把每一主要步骤中的工作--从战略决策开始到消费者服务——看作学习试验的予系统。获得成果的结构和过程可以同时被看作作业任务和学习练习。 3.组织学习是一个系统循环的过程 知识获得——技能、洞察力和联系的发展和创造; 知识共享——学习内容的传播; 知识利用——学习的综合,人们能将之概括到新的形势中; 知识创新——学习的发展,知识的价值提升与外延发展。
