连云港位于我国沿海中部,地理位置优越,战略地位重要,是横贯我国中部地区的陇海兰新铁路的终点港。早在1919年,孙中山先生就曾在《建国方略》中设想,把地理条件得天独厚的连云港建成东方大港。随着我国经济发展和对外开放的需要,这一设想逐步成为现实。今日的连云港已成为具有装卸泊位17个,年设计吞吐能力1645万吨的内外贸深水大港。连云港不仅面对陇海兰新铁路沿线广大的腹地,而且处在太平洋西岸及亚洲经济环境中心。我国北疆铁路于1990年
Located in the central coast of China, Lianyungang is strategically located and strategically located. It is the terminal port of Longhai-Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway running through central China.
