雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.)治疗类风湿性关节炎效果良好,总有效率达90％左右,已为多篇报告所证实。为了进一步提高疗效,减少副作用,1977年湖北省中西医结合研究所通过化学预试,从雷公藤中提出多种物质,分别进行药理和临床筛选,确定其有效部位,名为雷公藤醋酸乙酯提取物(以下简称提取物)经我协作组1979年7月至1980年11月应用提取物治疗类风湿性关节炎155例,取得了满意的疗效。
Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f. is effective in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with a total effective rate of about 90%, which has been confirmed by several reports. In order to further improve the curative effect and reduce side effects, in 1977 the Hubei Institute of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine passed a chemical pretest, and a variety of substances were proposed from Tripterygium wilfordii to conduct pharmacological and clinical screening and determine its effective site, namely Triptolide ethyl acetate. Extracts (hereinafter abbreviated as extracts) received 155 cases of rheumatoid arthritis using the extract from July 1979 to November 1980 in our collaboration group and achieved satisfactory results.
