目的通过信息化管理实现压疮全程、动态监控,进行压疮敏感性质量指标监控,提高了管理效能,并为压疮管理提供了基数数据和借鉴。方法回顾某三甲医院2011年-2015年压疮统计数据及质量检查数据,进行压疮评估时间及时率、防治措施正确率、压疮发生率及治疗效果分析,对比信息化管理前后压疮防治效果。结果实施信息化管理后,入院2小时压疮风险评估率为83.92%,压疮防治措施正确率为92.98%,高危患者难免压疮发生率为2.79%,压疮治疗有效率为91.69%。结论信息化管理有利于压疮关键质控指标的监控,促进内涵质量的提升。
OBJECTIVE To realize pressure ulcer monitoring and dynamic monitoring through information management, monitor pressure ulcer sensitivity quality indicators, improve management efficiency and provide cardinal data for pressure ulcer management. Methods The pressure ulcer data and quality inspection data of a top three hospital from 2011 to 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. The time and rate of pressure ulcer evaluation, the correct rate of prevention and cure measures, the incidence of pressure ulcer and the treatment effect were analyzed. The effect of pressure ulcer control before and after information management . Results The rate of pressure ulcer assessment was 83.92% after 2 hours admission, the correct rate of pressure ulcer prevention and treatment was 92.98%. The incidence of pressure ulcer was 2.79% and the effective rate of pressure ulcer was 91.69%. Conclusion Information management is conducive to the monitoring of the key quality control indexes of pressure ulcer and promote the improvement of the quality of connotation.
