目的了解远安县医疗机构消毒质量,查找薄弱环节,进一步规范消毒管理工作,减少和控制院内感染。方法2010~2013年按照相关规范、评价方法与标准对远安县辖区内108家县、乡、村及个体医疗机构的室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒剂、压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌进行采样、检测和评价。结果 2010~2013年共采样1 941份,合格1 666份,总体合格率85.83% ,消毒合格率呈上升趋势,2012年合格率较2011年明显上升(P<0.05);室内空气、医护人员手、物体表面、使用中消毒剂、压力蒸汽灭菌器的消毒质量合格率分别为70.89% 、80.07% 、87.18% 、96.07% 、96.15% ,除压力蒸汽灭菌器与使用中消毒剂的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其他各类间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);县级医疗机构消毒合格率(92.35% )明显高于其他各类医疗机构(P<0.01),而民营个体诊所与村卫生室合格率较低,分别为78.72% 和78.26% 。结论远安县医疗机构消毒质量不高,室内空气、医护人员手的消毒工作应引起各医疗机构的高度重视。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection of medical institutions in Yuan’an County, to find the weak links, to further standardize the disinfection management, reduce and control nosocomial infections. Methods From 2010 to 2013, the indoor air, object surfaces, medical staffs’ hands, disinfectant used, pressure steam sterilizer in 108 counties, townships and villages in Yuan’an County and individual medical institutions were investigated in accordance with the relevant norms and evaluation methods and standards. The pass rate of disinfection in county-level medical institutions was 92.35%, which was significantly higher than that in other kinds of medical institutions (P <0.01), and the difference was statistically significant ), While the private individual clinics and village clinics pass rate is lower, respectively 78.72% and 78.26%. Conclusion The disinfection quality of medical institutions in Yuan’an County is not high. The disinfection work of indoor air and medical staff should be highly valued by all medical institutions.
